NEW: Submit a financial assistance request online! We’ve made it easier than ever to request help. Click here to submit an online request for help with your rent, mortgage, or utility bill.

We focus on giving a hand up, not just a hand out, through our many financial education and literacy services.
Our Financial Stability team is here as a resource to support you in your journey to financial security.
Resources and information for current and prospective Financial Stability clients.
We are currently accepting applications for two types of financial assistance: (1) utility bill assistance and (2) rent or mortgage assistance.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible. Financial assistance requests are accepted online only. Please note that submitting multiple requests will not expedite response time.
**Please note we are currently experiencing higher-than-normal demand for rent and mortgage assistance. Expect an extended wait time for a response to your request. If your request is urgent, please review the resource lists linked in the “More Community Resources” section below.
Finances can be stressful. But if you have the right tools, they don’t have to be! Catholic Charities has partnered with Frost Bank to offer FREE Money Smart Management Trainings. In these classes, you will learn how to build a better financial future from industry experts at Frost Bank.

Financial Stability ClientCCCTX has been a major light in this dark time for me, and I can’t thank them enough...
Financial Stability ClientThank you so much for the help you are proving me. Since I met [my case manager], my burdens are ceasing because [they] helped me with the deposit and first month rent of an apartment that I can afford. I feel better now knowing that I have roof over my head. Thank you CCCTX.
