At Catholic Charities, the safety and well-being of everyone we serve is our highest priority. To help ensure this, our staff and most volunteers complete a short certification through the Diocese of Austin called Ethics and Integrity in Ministry (EIM). This training helps prevent abuse and teaches trainees how to recognize and report concerns.
